Lake Clarendon State School is very lucky to have such picturesque natural surroundings, as well as well-appointed and attractive classrooms and educational facilities. The school is on Lake Clarendon Way, a short walk to the beautiful Lake Clarendon and surrounded by the rural farms of the Lockyer Valley. The grounds and outdoor facilities include two adventure playground, basketball court, cricket practice nets, a tennis court, undercover eating and playing areas, an Environmental Garden area, a school oval, and extensive landscaped gardens.
Parking is available at the front of the school along Lake Clarendon Road and also in our newly constructed off road parking facility and bus drop off zone.
Classrooms and teaching areas include six teaching classrooms, Administration Building, a spacious staffroom, a Learning Resource Centre (library) with computerised borrowing facilities and internet access, a tuckshop, computer lab (within our Resource Centre), a multi-purpose activities building and a music room. We are also very privileged that all our classrooms have air-conditioning. Our tennis court is available free of charge to our community.
