Students in year 5 and 6 participate in a camp every year.
This year in Term 4, 2024, camp has been booked at Camp Somerset, Crossdale. The camp’s vision is “To challenge, inspire and empower”, with emphasis on courage, mateship, perseverance and sacrifice. It is a fantastic opportunity to grow personally and socially in a fun and challenging environment. Camp will be held from Monday 14th of October to Wednesday 16th of October 2024.
In 2025, camp has been booked at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre. The camp focuses on leadership, team building, healthy lifestyles and being active, building resilience and confidence. This will be on offer for 2025 Year 5 and 6 students.
We strongly encourage students to attend camps as they are great in encouraging students to achieve personal goals and overcome any fears, concerns or negative feelings. Team building and peer co-operation are major focuses with camps and we are very excited to continue providing these opportunities to our students.
